ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Run cool water over the burn, Do not use ice directly on the burn wound, Cover the burn with a clean bandage or cloth, Apply an Aloe Vera gel to ease pain. Apply Silverex cream on the burnt patch twice to thrice a day for a few days ok

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Silverex Ionic Gel 10 gm contains two antiseptics, Silver nitrate, and Ethyl alcohol. Silver nitrate possesses both antiseptic and antimicrobial properties. It releases silver ions into the skin that kills or inhibits the growth of microorganisms.
