A. Hello mam Include food like fresh fruits , vegetables, dry fruits, oats, paneer, milk, curd, mix seeds like pumpkin, flaxseed, chia seeds, sunflower seeds , eggs, ragi in the diet Reduce the intake of sugary drinks, bread, biscuits, junk food as they reduces immunity

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your child natural immunity boosting foods including Tulsi leaves everyday in the morning you can try to give your child apple on a daily basis
