you can eat all home cooked foods. no specific foods to be avoided
Just try to avoid tea/coffee/ fried foods/ sugary drinks/ packaged foods/ maggi/ biscuits & bakery items. avoid nonveg from outside. prefer home cooked nonveg

But few oily and spicy foods needs to be avoided while breastfeeding. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
