ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom babies this age can be given semi solid and mashed consistency foods, introduce one food at a time , and alterate it with your feed.
you can give steamed vegetables, soups, fresh fruit juices, puree, kichidi, porridge made with ragi, suji, multigrain mix, curds , ghee etc
