Hello ma’am I would just advise you to start giving rice dal water followed by Khichdi porridge mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup all kind of fruits available in the market on room temperature you can give oats ragi Suji Kheer Upma apple Kheer curd Paneer cheese and all these things to your child and also introduce water to the baby as from this age it is recommended to give water to the child
