ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist9 months agoA. Namaste Mom, Babies this age around can be give them semi solid and mashed foods, were in you can include vegetables, in soup form or steamed form, other is fresh fruits, kichidi, porridge made with ragi , suji, home made cerelac mix etc

sheetal panditaMom of 2 children9 months agoA. thick liquidy food should be given but in moderation,like 2-3 spoon or until ur baby refuse to eat. best is to try with lentils and local seasonal fruits. give a particular food continuously 3 days so that you will get to know whether it suits ur baby or not. start with easy digestive food like green moong dal, banana puree, apple puree or rice pudding etc. continue breast milk upto 2 years along with food for your babies healthy development.
