then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.
later mashed paneer.
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption.
start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food

at age of 6 months, babies can take semisoild food once or twice in a day
you can start with liquid food items like dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest.
