start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

There is no food chart for a child at the age of five years basically after the age of one year you can give everything to the child that’s been prepared at home because there is no restriction on any kind of food to be given to the child so just give everything in anything that you preparing at home.Write Your Answer Here
