In breakfast, feed boiled egg or omelette with bread, besan and beetroot cheela, veg sandwich, oats with nuts, dalia, etc. In mid morning, give healthy snacks like veg cutlet, cut fruits, milkshakes with dry fruits, etc. In lunch, you can give rice with dal, chicken or fish curry with rice, idli-dosa with sambhar, khichdi and mixed vegetable soup. In tge evening, give a glass of milk and veg cutlet. In dinner, give stuffed parantha, chapati with paneer gravy, chapati with mixed vegetables, legumes, chicken soup. You can give a cup of milk before 30 minutes of sleeping.
