ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. aa sakta hai. post any vaccination it is very common to have mild low grade fever or swelling at vaccination area you can give Paracetamol drops to the baby and it will subside in one or two days

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi parent Yes , it might cause fever you may measure the temperature and if it's 100f or above she can be given paracetamol drops as per her weight and age. keep her hydrated
