Though it is not a mandatory vaccine but it should be given to every child to protect against different flu infection which is very common every year . this vaccine is given after 6 months of age and initially two doses are given one month apart then every year singlve dose is required .
It is not documented but still studies suggest that to some extent it may give partial protection against covid infection .

the first dosage is given at the end of 6 months and the second dosage at the end of 7 months and then every year till completion of d7 years of age.
previously it was an optional vaccine but now it is considered as an important vaccine for children.
flu vaccine can be started at any age.
best time for flu vaccine is usually just before rainy season on set
