Hello mom one of the best ways that could increase one’s immunity is consuming vegetables and fruits that are high in vitamin and minerals and helpful to build ones immunity. Apart from that home cooked food and fresh foods can be given to them of Various varieties .
multivitamin drops and vitamin D three would be helpful.
