ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, do not give any sort of top food to your baby, not even cerelac at the age of 5 months. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
