first time my baby drink pre nan then doctor suggest after 40 weeks I gave nan pro but it's not suitable for My baby then I tried to dexolac hikal 6 to 24 months with doctor recommends but it's safe for 3 month baby I'm worried about i don't have breast milk supply

Milk is very good but why are you suggested to give six months to 24 months you should have been suggested with stage one which is Got from the time of birth to 7 months so if you’re giving from six months to 24 months reduce on the powder milk that you had in the water that will make it easy for the child to digest
