then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.

Cerelac a lot of parents give but mostly the doctors do not advise advice because it has high content of hidden sugar which is why it’s not very very healthy to be given to the child otherwise it’s always better to go for home cook fresh food to the child were you can include all kind of fruits and vegetables porridge khichadi dairy products Suji items and you can always go ahead with giving varieties of oats ragi and soups can also be given
