First cry expert says baby more than 1 yr of age need only 500 ml of milk including dairy. Will this 500 ml include breakfast milk?

Yes if First Cry expert is advising you 500 ML every day That means if you are feeding your milk child five times also in a day then totally it should be 500 ML or more than that but not less than that 500 ML is supposedly a good quantity of milk a child can have regularly at this age
