finger flickering and eye stimming for 9 months old girl is normal or matter of concern? her weight is 6.5 kg now

A. difficult to picturise in a question needs to be examined in person kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water

A. It Should we get checked with the doctor the doctor will have to examine personally and according to that you can be sure whether there is an issue or not but there is something which needs to be addressed for sure so just one time to be on the safer side just get a check with your doctor
