fever, sometimes stomach pain and sometimes leg pain with fever medicine for 7 years child

If the body temperature is around 99F then give Crocin syrup and dose should be as per weight if the child and give fruits snd light to digest foods like soups and if stomach upset give enterogermina two vials in a day to the baby and if fever persists for more than five days consult the doctor
