fever har 6 7 hours me badh rha hai...102 103 pcm bhi di hai and meftal p bhi....what to do kya tez fever me bachche ko nehlana chahiye

A. Hello, your baby girl is 5 years old and she is having a high grade fever so paracetamol and meftal p given without any results so her Give her syrup ibugesic plus 5 ml three times a day
