Q.

fever from morning 6.he got fever 20 days back till 1week he suffered from fever.but now from morning he got fever again though giving medicine temperature not getting down.please suggest what to do

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paraceta komol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
