Ferinto tablet is used as iron as well as folic also ?? Both can be there in ferinto tablet ??? Is it enough to use for iron n folic or should I use folic as separate tablet ??

A. check the constituents and take accordingly kindly consult your doctor if in doubt Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area
