Q.
Fell down from stairs got a bad hit.. There is constant pain in Left shoulder joint and pain below chest.. The area below chest has become black n blue. Fell down on Friday but the pain started today afternoon. Taking antibiotics and pain killer Acemiz-S tablets and Augpen 625. Took these medecine at 11 tonight. Taking hot and cold compress too. Can I take one more pain killer. What should I do to reduce the pain for tonight.

Haven’t you visited your doctor yet maybe there is a swelling into your area or maybe there is a muscle rupture or anything instead of taking medicines like this it is better to have an assessment with your doctor and then you proceed with what your doctor has to advise you
