feeding mother having milk is a must????? does having milk increases milk supply in mothers?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom it does help to an extent and it is one if the food recommended that can enhance the milk production also so you can have 2 to 3 times a days would be good
