RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Yes you can have it in a moderate amount but I would like to tell you that ice creams are completely fine but cold drinks which ever you would want to go for or not generally healthy but if you want to consumer bit of amount there is no problem
