Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is givenfu. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given freqnuently to relieve the symptoms.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Fruits really do not make any difference it is just that you have to go ahead with giving them on room temperature that is something that you need to take care of you shouldn’t be giving any food to the child directly from the refrigerator
