Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Include spices and herbs like cinnamon, basil leaf, garlic, ginger, honey, Clove, turmeric etc in food items. Drink coconut water and lemon juice. Take lukewarm water with honey first thing in the morning and drink warm milk with cinnamon and turmeric before bed at night.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Food rich in Vitamin C : oranges, kiwi fruit, pineapple and capsicum. All seasonal fruits and vegetables to be included in the diet. Add probiotics to your meals. Soups, fresh fruit juices, whole wheat bread can be used as healthy snacks. Drink lots of water. Add dry fruits in daily routine.
