Feb 14 my baby has completed six month.how I start solids on daily basis

A. You can go ahead with that and rice and dal water followed by fruits and vegetables of all kinds you can slowly shift to variety made out of Suji ragi notes daily products porridge khichadi with or without vegetables can also be given to the child about 60 ML to 90 ML of water to start with
