fayiz is 3 yr old he is not gaining weight his weight is only 11 kg he eat everything so active but doesn't gain wait ????

A. hi mom try to give paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice soup rice curd rice add nuts powder in milk mix veg dal khichdi with ghee idli vada sambhar
