At least 500 ml of full cream milk including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Breastfeed baby till 2 years.

Ma’am I don’t know why people think that there is something that can make your child gain weight fast well it is not at all like that so have to give everything in terms of a balanced diet to the child that only helps a lot in gaining weight and becoming better in terms of growth and everything
