There Is no fast weight gaining food if it was there then everybody would have given the same weight gains happen with time if your child is eating properly it is not like today you will give proteins to the child and tomorrow your child will gain a lot of weight it doesn’t work like that it is a process which happens slowly only if the child is eating right food and properly
