normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact withz the child eyes
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular dischargez coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye infection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

please once consult your pediatrician
youmay use tobacin drops one to two drops once to twice a day
but betee to consult with your pediatrician
