#expert hello i have taken some medicine which is used for wisdom teeth removal n i forgot to inform doctor dat i m breastfeeding mother and i dont no why my baby girl got fever..does that medicine effect my baby.. she is 14 months yr old...plz...tell me something

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. Ideally it should not cause fever in your baby. but you can talk to your dentist and inform now and incase any medicine needs to be changed he or she will let you know.
Also, visit a pediatrician and get proper examination for your child.

Yes it can be a side-effect of medicines. In such case you should definitely consult with your dentist again and inform your doctor that you are a breastfeeding mother than Dr will advise you some medicines according to that. And if baby is temperature is more than 99° then you can give Calpol drops
