#exergentemporalscanner my kid gets high grade fever in range of 102 - 104 degrees.... any home remedies to bring them down ?

A. hello momny fever is high so give calpil or any other paracetamol drop 1 m l now and 3 to 4 times in a day . sponging as a home remedy .
