ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician4 years agoA. I would suggest you to use a nasal saline spray if nasal block is there and steam inhalations are also good for your child.use orsl drops containing paracetamol for fever

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom You should give paracetamol syrup to your baby. And you should give 6 to 7ML at a time. And you can repeat the medicine and every six hours if baby doesn’t get relief but always check the temperature before giving medicine if the temperature is above 99° then only there is need to give any medicine.
