Give maxtra syrup for cold and running nose. Vomit was due to cough in chest. Give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. This will help in liquifying mucus and clear the chest congestion. Also apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold.
