Hello, your baby boy is 12 months old and if he get a convulsions at high fever then give him paracetamol bit high dose and have cold water sponges and give him fruits juice and glucose water and keep handy tablet frisium 5 mg and give it as last bullet

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Febrile seizures cannot be prevented by giving the child lukewarm baths, applying cool cloths to the child's head or body, or using fever-reducing medications such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin).
