Hello ma’am It’s mostly for a day or two so you can continue giving paracetamol every 6 to 8 hours only if needed for two days and still if the fever does not come down in two days then you don’t need to consult your paediatrician. And apart from that just keep an ice cube on to the area where the vaccination has been done to settle down the swelling
