A. Hello, your baby girl is 18 months old and she has received a vaccinations and got a fever then this is a mild fever and may last for 2/3 days maximum

A. Hello ma’am It’s mostly for a day or two so you can continue giving paracetamol every 6 to 8 hours only if needed for two days and still if the fever does not come down in two days then you don’t need to consult your paediatrician. And apart from that just keep an ice cube on to the area where the vaccination has been done to settle down the swelling
