Q.

Exclusive breast fed 2 month old suffering from diarrhoea with non healing perineal rash… is it because of lactose intolerance

A. Without a blood test or a stool culture test we cannot tell you what could be the reason in this situation I think it’s better that you conduct a stool culture test and then only you cannot know what is the problem whether it is lactose intolerance or any other issue
