everytime while feeding my baby nt able to hold d breast in starting bt once she holds she sucks very well.. ... wts d reason for nt holding in starting ?

Keep the baby head a bit elevated while feeding and put whole of the nipple and most of the aerola in the babies mouth so that baby latches easily. Sometime baby takes few seconds to get the comfortable position for latching.
But if latched properly afterwards then no need to worry.
