Q.
everyone forcing me to give salt to baby as he will lack iodine..is it so ??? but I don't want to give it as it is adviced not to use salt till one yr as will harm kidney..I m in confusion what is good for my baby..pls give genuine advice..pls doctor help me get out of this..thanks in advance

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can add in very small quantity abd rock salt can be used instead of sea salt as Rick salt contains minerals as well and a healthy substitute take care

please don't get panic
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc with small quantity of spices and pinch of salt and ghee
