Q.

everyday he is eating sabji and roti. avoiding dal chawal and khichdi. it's healthy for my son?

A. Dear mum, it’s fine if your baby is eating roti and subzi. Also include dal and curd. You can give rice as pulao. Also give Daliya. Include all seasonal vegetables and green leafy vegetables.
