Every day 5 kilometres walking is effective for weight loss?

A. For healthy weightloss, it is important to have a controlled diet along with exercises. You should include protein and fiber rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Reduce intake of sugar, potato, rice, fried and ready to eat foods. Walking will help too, but do other exercises like squats, skipping, brisk walking, jogging, swimming, breathing and Yogasanas. Drink warm jeers water first thing in the morning everyday.
