every afternoon and night getting cold I am sleeping on bed under a fan what is my problem

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. sleeping directly under the fan causes most of the cases Hold and come and it may remain for long so better to sleep on side and not directly under the fan and use steam twice a day morning and evening

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello this can be due to the weather condition and also whenever possible try to avoid fan and also you can put nasal drop which can help you and any concern would be better to check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly
