Q.

Esock is now 1 year 2 months old. suddenly he took vomit and 100.2 temperatures. so please let me know the reason doctor

A. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider xit as fever and give paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation. after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and thxen meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

A. Vomiting can happen any time due to indigestion and sometimes due to fever also when the child is unable to digest to eat anything that you are giving vomiting can happen so you can give medicine for both vomiting and paracetamol for fever as of now
