em a breastfeeding mother...can i give fm to my baby once in a day

A. you should always feed on demand. breastmilk contain lots of antibodies that build baby immunity and protects from all viral infections..so should be continued atleast till completion of two years

A. See If you’re having sufficient breastfeed then why do you want to introduce formula feeding to the child but on the other hand since your child has already crossed the age of six months it’s completely your choice if you want to introduce any kind of top feed to your child now you can introduce
