Elders at my home started giving nutmeg rolled on a sandalwood stone mixed with breastmilk to my baby saying it’ll help in weight gain Is it true? We call it jakayi

A. hi. it's good to avoid. just give only breast milk, it is a complete meal fir babies for right growth n development. . do daiky oil massage yiur baby. o k
