Eating beans is gud or bad for breastfeeding baby... what are all the vegetables to avoid during breastfeeding...

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear ma’am , definitely you can eat beans and all other vegetables. Need not avoid anything unless and otherwise you have a known allergy towards that particular food and also remember moderation is the key.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. there are no diet restrictions for a breastfeeding mommy. just make sure you eat everything in moderation. if there is any obvious discomfort for your baby you can stop.
