Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. during dysentery you can give breastfeeding, but you are giving any other milk then that may increase.. stop milk.. keep baby well hydrated.. you can give oral rehydration solution ORS.. apply coconut oil on baby tummy area and massage in circular motion..
