during teething how many days fever lasts for a baby???? my son is getting tooth and he has cold, fever and some kind of noise I hear while feeding and when he sleeps from past night. is it common during teething????

what you have described regarding your child is totally normal. if the growth of the child is proper and the diet is proper then no need to worry. but if you feel that something is not normal and different you can always take a medical opinion
