you need to take necessary care and you can try some homemade remedies like:
first,you should avoid sitting and standing long period
second, try heating pad like Babyhug heating pad to get relief in pain
third,you may keep pillow between your legs while sleeping which too help to reduce the pain
and please keep the track on this, I mean how frequent you get it and how deep it is
if you are getting this very frequently and the pain lasts for more than 5 minutes then please visit your gynec
